We finally managed to get a moped and drove into Thongsala to eat breakfast at 'Nira's Home Bakery' where we saw a guy walk head first into glass patio doors, which was the funniest thing I have ever seen! It took him a while to actually realise what he had done as he just stood there frozen whilst everyone failed to disguise their laughter. We then rode up the west coast of the island to Ao Mae Haad and waded across a causeway to Ko Ma, which was described as paradise. The reality was a derelict restaurant and a whole load of rubbish and graffiti! I also later read that reef sharks were common around Ko Ma. On the way back to Greenpeace we called off at 'Crocodile-Elephant-Monkey Park'. We paid B300 to watch a Thai man called "Mud" stick his head in a crocodiles mouth! Shane and Dean were even brave enough to go inside the enclosure and pick up the tail of the crocodile for a photo shot. It started to rain quite heavily but we found 'SKY' bar which had the best view built up on a hill and also had an infinity pool. Dean had 'Tom Yam' soup which he then famously claimed was the best thing he had ever eaten and even went further by saying, "It is the best day of my life!"
 
The time finally came to get ready for the Full Moon Party!!!!!!!!!!!!

The body paint was at the ready, but as I was so focused on my art work I went back in time ten years and wrote 'NYE 2001' on Sam's arm! We endured a crazy taxi ride with Joseph in the back of Mike's pick-up truck to Haad Rin and then the party commenced ...
 
I cannot recall all the details of the night, except a few "memories" of the night/morning...
