Let the 6am wake up calls begin...again!

Trat, Thailand
I received a 6am wake up call from a nurse and then the doctor came to see me. I really cannot fault any member of staff as they were all so lovely and helpful. The doctor explained that firstly my potassium and phosphate levels were to be topped up to normal level, as these minerals were low in my blood. My body must no longer like potassium! I clearly looked scared as the doctor kept saying, "It is not serious problem - relax!" He also treated me for acid reflux so gave me all sorts of pills to take before and after eating to see if that relieved my chest pain.
My so-called VIP meals weren't all that, especially the rock solid chicken breast and papaya, but at least the food was hot unlike at Bangkok-Samui hospital . The only English speaking TV channel was Aljazeera which kept me up to date with the current affairs in Egypt. I had a History lesson lasting ten hours each day! My first experience of Valium was interesting. I thought it just knocked you straight out but I spent around 45 minutes in fits of giggles like a child!
