We love nutella!

Ko Phayam, Ranong, Thailand
We naturally woke up at 9am, which is fast becoming our routine. We also had our routine breakfast of soft boiled eggs, cooked for six minutes, and toast with marmalade. We drove to the village to book our flight to Bali on the 25th May. I asked at the shop, where I bought my last book, if they exchanged books and they did, but they wouldn't accept the book back as they claimed it was too damaged, even though it was like that when I bought it and it had a page missing! I wasn't very happy so refused to exchange my other books there and went elsewhere. However, the only other place that exchanged books did a 2 for 1 "offer", in that you gave them 2 of your books and you could have 1 book in return. I also wasn't best pleased about this so called "offer" but had no other choice as I couldn't cope another day without a book to read on the beach. We bought some bread rolls again to make sandwiches, but this time bought a tin of tuna and a cucumber. I had to buy another can of green Fanta, but still had no joy in remembering the taste or smell.  We spent a few hours sunbathing on the beach and then had a stroll until we reached some rocks that we couldn't pass. A tiny bit of exercise caused my knee to hurt and it wouldn't stop clicking! The sky started to become cloudy and we heard thunder in the distance, which is becoming the norm every day at around 2pm, so we took shelter on our veranda. The rain never materialised though, but we stayed put and played cards for the rest of the afternoon. I also spent some time planning the rest of our journey through Thailand, but I pretty much decided against the places I initially wanted to visit, such as Phuket, as Ko Phayam is on another level. I'm not sure we will appreciate the over-tourism and over-priced accommodation and food in Phuket. We ate in our restaurant and then returned to our bungalow to eat the rest of the jar of nutella, off a spoon!
