I woke up with really bad stomach cramps and to run to the toilet immediately! It looked like another case of food poisoning. I literally couldn't move off the bed all day, unless it was to go to the toilet which was every minute, so felt very sorry for myself. The fact that we had a shared bathroom made matters worse as if it was being used I had to run upstairs to another shared bathroom. We were supposed to be going on our 'Thai Cookery Course' so Andrew had to phone and explain that I was sick. We arranged it for the same time tomorrow so hopefully it will only last one day. The only good thing about the day was that it rained non-stop so we couldn't have done anything anyway, so it was kind of a good day to be ill! Andrew ventured as far as the 7 Eleven to get himself some food and later we went to KFC. However, it was almost closing so he could only get two scrappy pieces of chicken. I finally pulled round at 8pm and felt like I could eat something so we put on our raincoats and went downstairs but the front shutters were locked so we couldn't get out! I knocked on the door where the owner slept and she said we had the key, but it didn't work so I had to go without food.
