We woke up quite early but decided to stay in bed for a bit. I was also in a lot of pain so I decided to go to the 'Queenstown Medical Centre'. I was seen by a nurse who gave me ibuprofen and also decided to split my cast to see if it relieved the pain. I was told that my wrist was probably still swelling so I should take ibuprofen regularly to ease the pain. We then walked to a supermarket and spent a small fortune on toiletries as well as food. We chilled out for the rest of the day before Andrew began to make 'Shepherd's Pie' ready for the return of Alex and Shane. We ate and had retired to watch a film in bed.
