Lazy Day

Nha Trang, Vietnam
We woke up as our bus had grinded to a halt and as we looked out of the window we realised that we were on the coast. However, the driver had simply stopped for a cigarette break before completing the journey to Nha Trang. We arrived at around 6am after an extremely broken sleep as the driver liked pressing the brake and horn a little too often so much so that I often woke up fearing for my life! We asked somebody at 'Sinh Cafe' to mark our location on our map so we had some idea where we needed to head to find our hotel. We still managed to walk around in a circle before looping back and finding the 'Forget Me Not' hotel down a side street. I was so tired that I fell asleep for about six hours as soon as I lay on the bed. Andrew didn't manage to doze off and he was starving so we both got ready and walked to the 'Same Same But Different' restaurant for something to eat. I was happy to find a Thai 'Green Curry' on the menu. We returned to our hotel room and chilled out for the rest of the day as we didn't have the energy to do anything. It began to rain quite heavily but we once again needed to eat so we decided to tackle the downpour. The staircase leading out of our hotel was in complete darkness so it was a chore in itself to reach the bottom floor safely before heading out in the rain. We went to 'Cyclo Cafe' but my dish was really bland even though it looked impressive as it was served in a flaming coconut. Andrew had a "freshly" made pizza but he reckoned it could quite easily have been bought from a shop. We had a walk around the place before returning to our hotel for an early night.
