Lazy start today breakfast watching the humming birds

  and also following yesterday's ride I think we could have been persuaded not to ride at all. Capitol Reef National park is close by so we ride back through the canyon take the park road. 
 
 What a surprise this is, we have ridden near this area several times and never considered it worth a side trip how wrong have we been. The park road takes you through red rock canyon which steadily gets narrower and narrower called a gulch
 
  until you almost can touch both sides. The colour and shapes of the rocks are amazing being right inside the canyon you feel almost wrapped up into it.
