Long day heading for Town called Greenriver the ride is hot very windy particularly towards the end of the day. Ice cream needed to cool down. Lot of bikers around as Sturgis is due to start this seems to be their route. 



Nothing at a Green river so we head on this is a very desolate place.


Kemmerer / Diamondville.
we get there in the wind and rain. The town is a typical, mid USA town one street the two towns run in to each other. Only hotel is a Best Western and it is full. At the far end of town we find a motel called Energy run by a Indian family the room cost started at $75 after a discussion about the test cricket he reduced the cost to $60 including breakfast. Only place to get food was a Pizza Hut the pizza we ordered between us was so large we took what was left for lunch.
