A ranch too far

Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, United States
Could not leave Cody with out seeing the old town.

It is a bit of a re- creation however worth the visit. Log cabins saloon bars you name have been moved to the site to try and give visitors an insight into the old west. It is surprising how small they are most just one room with a log stove.

Saddle up and on to Yellowstone our hotel or ranch is in the south so we decide to ride the park top loop (North). Yellowstone should never be underestimated which some how for one reason or another we manage to do every time.

There is so much to see, take a look at the photos.

5pm we are still only half way round the park having spent time a Mammoth we have got a bit of a ride on our hands to get to our cabin.

We arrive in the dark well at least we found it. The restaurant was closing so we had to have dinner in our riding gear. The cabin in the woods was gorgeous more like a room you get in a 5 star hotel.
