We spent 3 great days in SF managed to meet up with Lesley John Ellen and Hannah who have just returned from Hawaii. 
They had had an amazing time lots of stories, it was good to see them all can not believe its been several months already side we were all together. Couldn't manage to get them to bike the bridge, we did again only one way. 
 
 
 
We had loads of chores and purchases to make before the final push of our North American adventure. It seemed where ever we went there were strange individuals chanting or talking to themselves. The bike was in service again we were warned not to walk back down the street as the crazies are about. Suppose this is what make San francisco what it is.

We will return here it is a lovely city.
