San Juan del Sur, Rivas, Nicaragua
Sun is out we are ready to find a beach for a couple of days.
We leave Granada which has been a wonderful could of days the people working at the hotel could not have made us feel more welcome.
Along lake Nicaragua we finally get a great view of the 2 volcanos which are islands in the lake.
We arrive San Jur de Sur mid afternoon and after usual phaffing check in at Hotel Victoria
bit tired but getting some work done on it.
The beach is just across the street and there is a pool otherwise not much else goes on here.
The beach is really pleasant to walk around typical crescent shape white sand dotted with Palm trees. There are a few bars and restaurants but very low key. Tom tries his hand a surfing again, practice makes perfect.
The sea is warm and as swim out some pelicans fly very low across the waves in front of me, magic moment.
