Christmas Trees at 20C

Loja, Loja, Ecuador
We took the 35 to Loja across the mountain up again over 12000ft great scenery with occasional showers in the afternoon

Up on the Plataea very rural with people, mostly women working in the fields, "hard as nails"

During a rest stop Tracy spotted the rear shock bolt had worked loose, probably due to all the vibration of the rough roads and the bloody topes (speed bumps) in every village. These are all different heights and severity so you can never find the ideal speed, sometimes i don't see them much to the annoyance of Tracy as she is launched upwards as we hit the bump.
Quick tighten up of the bolt and we are on our way.

Arrived at hotel. Very nice, all decked out fro Christmas, seems funny in the sunshine.
