Guarrenteed to see a volcano today, several actually, the catch is we have to camp inside the national park
Seemed a great idea when the guy in the out door shop was waxing lyrical about lakes and volcanoes wonderful view etc etc.

Actually it is wonderful the track took us right along side the volcano over the last lava flows. T  

the camp it self is along the lake which looks like it too was once a crater. Plenty of water sports to be had on the lake if you are interested. 

  We pitch the tent and dished up a meal fit for a king. 

Freshly roasted chicken salad fresh bread and a beer. Not to forget the huge slice of pineapple cake. We picked all this up before we came along the trail so it was a bit shaken up but still tasted good.

Lights out with sun down which was about 9.30 partly because we don't have a light.
