After many attempts to change our flights via internet Tracy found the local office and after a short discussion they changed the flight to a week earlier, great news. This is a strange process for us, US dollars are worth about 35% more on the blue market then official exchange rate, so changing these saved us a lot of dosh. The boss is usually accompanied by a couple of big guys who sit by the door smiling.
