Goodbye old friend - the last ride

Buenos Aires, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos, Argentina
Up early and on bike by eight. A little apprehensive about the bike making the last 20 miles from the hotel to the airport where the bike will be crated and shipped to the UK.

After a few minutes getting the neutral light to appear the bike started and we were off, the vibration from the drive shaft and bearing was getting worse and the traffic was heavy but once clear of the city started to enjoy the ride.

Managed to find the right turnoff from the motorway to the cargo area of the airport and was directed to a waiting area.
After only about 10 minutes Charley appeared and directed me into warehouse where the bike was weighed and then packed onto a pallet.

Met some other guys on bikes from Canada who had been traveling for 2 years, their bikes and kit looked remarkably clean compared to mine who had only been traveling 8 months.
I hoped we could also ship the camping gear but customs said no so had to carry the bloody bag back to hotel. After the usual wait for customs I was finished and on my way.

Shared a taxi back into Buenos Aires with the Canadian bikers. Last walk to sign shipping documents at the office of Jorge and all was done. He had organized everything well and communicated with Roddy in the UK so I was confident everything would be OK

Last night in South America need to experience something traditional so a tango night.the hotel suggested one so we all went along. Should have researched a bit more more a Cabaret than a tango night but one dance was amazing.
