Metung, Victoria, Australia
We had been recommended to go to Metung by the owner of the Whale motel. It was a beautiful ride along the coast.

Stopped at Eden for a coffee and cake the wind was howling and the weather grey. However this looks like it would be a lovely place in the sunshine. We get to Lake Entrance now at least it is sunny but very windy it seemed very quiet not many people around. Metung was 20km further so we carried on.
The Mooring are at the end of the Main Street they had one room left which was a bit pricy but the location was good. It was a small complex along the waters edge with your room you get a boat mooring if you want to use it. Shame we left ours at home.
Warned not to leave it too late for dinner we walk the short distance into the very quiet town. There are a couple of shops and a few restaurants. We chose Bancroft Bites a bustling little place which seemed really popular great fish and chips.
This is a lovely place we decide to stay another day.
