MOT Passed

Bedford, England, United Kingdom
Went up to Nottingham today. Took the car to the MOT station to get it tested, which it passed. I don't understand much of what was going on, but the comments from the tester indicated that he was pleasantly surprised with the results - apparently it passed all the tests with flying colours. Which is a relief.
Martin then set off in the car to bring it to Bedford, and I took Dave back to his garage, then set off to follow Martin. We were limiting the car to 30 mph, as the engine is a brand new reconditioned one. So we didn't use the motorway, but rather the A6, which spent a lot of the way going through towns etc. Which meant that for a lot of the way, we travelled at the going rate for traffic, so I wasn't going any faster than Martin. It took me almost the whole journey to catch him! Just shows that travelling faster doesn't actually save much time at all.
