It was so easy to find our way from the hotel to the airport and the whole check-in, customs procedure went very smoothly. We boarded our plain around 11:30 and took off about 11:50 (scheduled time) and landed about 3:00 p.m. We discovered once we were in the air that we gained another hour so now we are 3 hours earlier than at home. We took a shuttle to our hotel, checked in and then went for dinner and a walk around Anchorage. I am writing this around 11:30 p.m. here and it is still pretty light out which is crazy because you don't realize how late it is. Well I will be sending my computer to the boat for the next few days while we are doing the land portion of our Alaska trip so I will catch you all up when we get on the ship.
