That's it for Peru

Lima, Peru
For our last day in Puno, we first got some laundry in (very important), then booked our transportation to the airport in Juliaca for the next day (30 soles shuttle with America Tours rather than the 190 soles that our hotel would have arranged) and then headed out for an afternoon tour of Sillustani, a pre-Inca and Inca burial site outside of town. It was a fairly interesting site and it had some spectacular views, but man, was it wind-blown. On the way back, we stopped at a local farmers house to visit with some alpacas and llamas and sample some of their simple foods. We went back again to Mojsa for dinner, because it was so good the night before (and is only half a block from our hotel). And that's about it for Peru. A long travel day day on Thursday which will get us into Guayaquil, Ecuador very late and then a morning flight to Baltra (Puerto Ayora), Galapagos.
