A day trip to Rye on the south east coast.
Rye has been there for a thousand years, and the clock in the church tower has been there four hundred years!
We had a tourist day, climbing the clock tower, eating eccles cakes, visiting the castle/mortuary/police station/prison, pub lunch, penny arcade, looking over Romney Marsh, taking photos, drinking coffee, traffic jam on the way home . Need a rest.
