We went to the Southampton dock at 10 and there it was. The agent had already cleared customs and unloaded it. We had to get a jump start because I had forgotten to isolate the truck battery when we loaded up - bother!
The agent helped us remount the awning, then tyres to pump up and mirrors to refit
. We got away at 12.
Now back at Edenbridge with Theresa and David to stow everything, and off to Dover tomorrow afternoon.
It is SO GOOD to be moving at last!
