Naantali, Western Finland, Finland
Woke late and had brekkie on the sunny front patio, with strawberries picked from the garden. Before lunch, cycled again. Round trip about 6 km to the lunch venue overlooking the sea. Beautiful hot sunny day.

Then we said "Goodbye" to Johanna and drove to Naantali, site of the President of Finland's summer castle on a nearby island . Also home of the Moomins, Finland's equivalent to the Gum Nut Babies for kids, Kailo island.

Great, very expensive camp site overlooking the water, but only 400 metres to ferry tomorrow.
Walked into town. Lovely old town, described as a living museum, very busy, seemingly with lots of locals promenading in the sun and eating or drinking while watching folk go by. We joined them at the harbour for a wine and a beer when we found the 15th century St Birgitta convent church was closed.

Back to camp for dinner before an early night as we have an early start for the ferry to Sweden tomorrow.

We missed each other by a few days, we were also drinking beer and wine here last Tuesday the 22nd July.
