Travel day to Ulm

Ulm, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany
Left Prague. Drove to the border . Went into the office to surrender our travel box-for-tolls and we are promised return of some money. Still waiting! Travel expensive considering that we only drove from Germany to Prague and Prague to Germany.

Drove towards Nuremberg. On the way north, we had promised to come back. However, as it seemed to be "just another castle" and maybe the Nuremberg Trials Courthouse, (that only do tours Sat. and Sun. and it is Wednesday) we gave it a miss. Another item for "next time".

Stopped to do some shopping. Supermarket would not accept any of our cards, as none issued in EC, whatever that is. Paid cash! That was a first!

Drove on to Ulm, Bavaria's second city. We parked at our first Stelplatz - a designated camping area for Motorhomes, like a car park, where water and waste disposal is available. Trams went past regularly but not enough to bother us. This Stelplatz was free. Slept well.
