Torremolinos, Andalusia, Spain and Canary Islands
Woken at 8 by the sound of Sally and Frankie getting their water allocation. This enters the property weekly and they have to aid the passage of flooding water all over the various levels of the garden, over their one hour of allocation.

Then we had a lazy outdoor breakfast and more chatting, then a quick Skype to Aus ., for Fathers' Day.

The boys very carefully extracted the trucks from Frankie's lawns, that had been flooded! No damage, thankfully, so we said our "Good Byes" and off we went. It had been so good to see our old friend again and meet Sally, and they made us feel so welcome.

Drove to the coast and lunched overlooking the sea at Salobrena. Beautiful sea food feast!

Then drove along the Tropical Coast and then the Costa Del Sol to Malaga. Again today, everywhere looked prosperous and attractive. Such a contrast to the tacky beach side areas south of Barcelona and Valencia. Beaches were packed, (only 27 today), all under coloured umbrellas, getting towards the end of Spain's High Season.

Skirted Malaga and arrived at our camp site just north of Torremolinos.

Planned to have scrambled eggs for dinner. Eggs looked "shiny". We had bought half a dozen HARD boiled eggs!!!! There are problems with not being able to read Spanish!

Malaga and Picasso tomorrow.
