Edenbridge, England, United Kingdom
Took the motorway to Brighton, on the south coast. First walked along the seafront and looked at the pebbly beach, waves and wintry seascape. Lots of people about, enjoying the last few days of autumn before winter weather sets in.

Coffee well received . John and David had a second breakfast!! Not brave enough to try "jellied eels" at the beach stalls. Then walked the length of the pier, one of the most famous in UK. The ruins of the second pier stand in the sea, victim of a couple of fires.

Then we strolled through The Lanes, a maze of pedestrian only streets, lined with either antique shops, jewellers or eateries. We were looking for fish and chips, so went back to the pier and had great fish and chips at a restaurant on the pier. Then walked back to the town and drove home. Lovely day, such great weather.

Another walk across the fields with the dogs, and said "Goodbye" to Nova, Theresa's horse, until next time.
