Last ferry ride. Wales.

Brecon, County Donegal, United Kingdom
Woke to dry day and clear skies. Good omen for a smooth crossing to Wales. Our last ferry crossing this year, Rosslare to Fishguard. Our last country - WALES. Even sailed ahead of schedule, after spending time to Facetime Mark and Fiona with the girls. So good to keep in touch. Girls can now say "Mama" and "Papa" to the right faces on the screen.

Arrived safe after very smooth crossing, at Fishguard, in three and a half hours .

Clocked up 40,000km since we started driving in March!

Drove across South Wales to the Brecon Beacons National Park. Beautiful sweeping moorland hill county, wild in places.

Wales seems more friendly towards Motorhomes - no height beams on lay-bys for parking here, as there were in Ireland.

Camped on a farm, where there were, unusually, 4 other lots of campers braving the winter cool (8 degrees overnight but -2 in Limerick!)
