The thick cloud cover prevented me seeing anything out of my window till just before we approached Santiago.

As we descended through it what revealed were lovely patterns down in the fields and hills below and how the clouds above the distant hills created all of these images. Pity about the distortion caused by the window.

Touched down at Santiago at 5.08 pm to a 27 C. Now the long wait till the midnight departure. Saw a Chile Starbucks mug so guess what?
