Earlier start,
7 am breakfast,
7.30 am into the dugout canoe,
8 am bus for the hour's drive to Tena,
an hour wait till the 10 am bus to Banos.
This driver was not as quick as the one who brought us to Tena and we arrived 3 hours later at 1 pm.
La Posada del Arte will be our home for the next 3 nights. A quick orientation of Banos by Lorenza. This is an adventure capital of Ecuador plus a small spa town, hence 2 nights here. Paragliding at 2.30 pm was not possible due to the increment weather so perhaps tomorrow.
Jose from the local company at 6.30 pm introduced us to the many adventure options: white water rafting, canyoning, paragliding, zip lining and horse riding.
Evening meal here in the hostal was for me trout, juice and a banana split for just US$12.50.
