Bequia, Grenadines/St Vincent
A throwback to 2015 . . . a couple of walks we did last year that won't be repeated! :-)

Mt Peggy . . . the highest point in Bequia.
Brinsley & Colin lead 7 of us on a 3 hour round trip climb up Mt Peggy.
Starting at sea level in La Pompe, we climbed about 800 ft above sea level. A steep road up at the beginning, followed by 'cow paths', dry river beds and big rocks, we made it to the top . . .
Spectacular views . . . some say the best views in Bequia. They may be right.

. . . and down again!

Cold drinks at the Heineken Bar were definitely welcome!

Bequia Head is another walk not to be repeated.

This walk took us about 4 hours to complete.
Starting at the road to Spring (across from the Ferry Terminal) we walked through Spring, Industry, Park and beyond until we were 600 ft above sea level.

Spectacular views across Bequia Channel to St Vincent
