Now that it is winter, it is dryer most of the time. That means there is more static electricity in the air. One of the most fun things about that is the effect on my cats. When the lights are out, I can pet them and get sparks. really fun at night before I go to sleep. The downside is that I tend to touch them, we both get a small shock. They aren't really fond of that!
