Ardglass, United Kingdom
Left bangor at 6.00am on Sunday sailing downwind in sunshine and winds which went from nothing to force5 and back on a regular basis. made very quick passage under sail 35 miles in 5.5 hours. the last hour or so being to windward. Arrived in Ardglass harbour and comprehensively fouled up berthing but with no damage other than to pride and ego. Details best consigned to that part of the brain which only works in the wee small hours!!

Ardgalss is a delightful wee town with a picturesque harbour and very friendly folk. It is a doppelganger for tarbert. There is even a Campbeltown registered boat in the harbor among the fishing fleet.

Monty has found a new lease of life here and is bouncing around like and arthritic puppy!

Hopjng to leave tomorrow for Howth - just nort of Dublin
