Jen hosted a superb going away party for us - co-workers, patients, our volunteers from Emory all came out to give us a big send off!  We parked the RV in her driveway and practiced enjoying all the features - TV's, awning, bunks, and driver's seat!  Thank you all for the thoughtful gifts - hunting knife, citronella, flares, lanterns, pepper spray, wine, and the offer of an axe (thanks anyway!)  We are now ready to proceed, altho the joke is we'll be lucky to get outside the Atlanta perimeter before I become too stressed and decide to head back to the safety of my Spacemax storage area with climate control and piped in music.  Thank you all for your encouragement, supplies, stories/warnings, and faith that we can do this!!
