At home in Cefalu

Cefalù, Sicily, Italy
Poor Craig having caught a terrible cold that the conditions on our road trip did not improve (though let the record reflect that he gamely soldiered on through all of the ruins, in the pouring rain, and blustery winds and cold temperatures, without significant audible whining), we stayed home in Cefalu for a couple of days.  It was time to catch up with our laundry anyway, and we also cooked our first complete meal after Phyllis scoured the town and failed to find any chicken soup.  Breaded meat cutlets, pounded thin, were everywhere in Argentina and called a la Milanese, but the same thing here is a little harder to find and called Palermitani.  Lots of fruits and vegetables are available from street vendors here, great oranges and broccoli for example.  We have a feast and Craig slowly improves.
