Geneva, our last stop before we fly back home. Our journey is almost at an end. The final drive down from Strasbourg took about 5 hours, including another drive over the alps. This one wasn't as spectacular as the first drive from Grenoble to Asti, we were driving in rain and fog for most of the time so we didn't get to see much mountain scenery.

So, another trip has come to a close. Ten different countries, 26 cities, 26 hotels, more than 7500km of driving. To say we've seen a lot is an understatement. Maybe we tried to do too much. Maybe we missed out on some things on the way. But we wouldn't do it any other way. Sometimes we wondered why we stopped in a particular place. Sometimes we wished we could stay longer in a particular place. But we always seemed to find hidden gems along the way (Pula in Croatia comes to mind).
