The Hong Kong Symphony of Lights.
I told you I would return to the Intercontinental Bar again to see Victoria Harbor's multi-media light and sound extravaganza again, right? And I did.
What is special about the Hong Kong Symphony of Lights is that it has run continuously every evening at 8 pm since 2004, and spectators on both sides of the harbor can see spotlights, lasers, and pulsating LEDs on different buildings all flashing on and off to coordinated symphonic music. The light show is meant to showcase the vibrant and glamorous night vista of the city, and recently got an upgrade with the Hong Kong symphony's new recorded version (that you can download on a mobile app) so you can see the lights and hear the music no matter where you are.
So farewell to Hong Kong - I am headed off to Bangkok and adventures around Thailand next. I am taking a few days off, and then will be posting updates again on what I am doing. I hope you all are staying warm and having fun.
