Today was our last day before our night flight home.  We organised for a late checkout and then spent a very lazy day lolling by the pool with a delicious lunch of satay served to us in our cabana.

We spent a brief time finishing packing and there was time for just one more cocktail before catching a taxi to Changi for our flight home.  Upon checking in I asked if there was any chance of paying for an upgrade to business and was told “no, because we have already upgraded you for no charge!!!”. 

We were certainly blessed by upgrades on this trip, which will probably never happen again, but we enjoyed every minute of our time up on the top deck.
