Road Town, Tortola
Last night, after coming in second in "tea time" trivia, we decided to take it easy and eat in. Nice relaxing four course meal with wine. It's always fun to eat in! Then off to the show " Cirque de Navigator" which was amazing. It's unbelievable how talented these kids are.
Today in BVI . Arrived Tortola, then ferried to Virgin Gorda, to " The Baths" which is a very unique geological rock formation around two beaches, The Baths and Devils Bay, which are connected by a series of caves that one wades, climbs, crawls through. Also it is a fairly strenuous climb down a cliff to and back up from the beaches. It was worth the effort as the scenery is absolutely beautiful and so unique. We were on the beaches and in the caves for 2 1/2 hours, then back to the top for a beer and visit to the local gift shop which features an extensive collection of Spartina scarfs!
