Last night mountains tonight lake...

Decided to stay here for 4/5 days as a great spot and waiting for a parcel which our very efficient PA (my sister) posted Monday .Pitched right next to Lake Trasimeno which is very peaceful and relaxing despite far too many insects and having to hoover lots up every night before we go too bed.

The old hill top town of Castiglione del Lago is really quaint with lovely cafes and deli shops.

Had a fun day today which started at 1.30 am. We woke up as so windy and we had to roll the awning/canopy in as it could have been ripped off. I was rolling it in at the side and Giles holding it and he had to stand on a chair to keep hold off it at which point the towel he wrapped himself in fell off so now stark naked but couldn't let go of the awning till it was wound all the way in !!!

Giles ordered me a latte today and I got a glass of warm milk! All good fun.
