So the challenge, to find somewhere to watch the final day of the Ryder Cup and the Europeans retaining/winning...

The sat nav showed a golf course 15km's so that was it, I'd emailed and we were allowed to stay the night in the golf club car park, and after initially being told they didn't have the Ryder Cup on, they emailed back to say they did ... We really didn't know what to expect!

We arrived having driven a mile down the driveway through the vineyards and golf course to the club house, Lamborghini Golf Club...!

Yes as it turned out 'The' Lamborghini car designer owned the whole place...

We played golf, Tia walking round, and came back into the golf club where two guys had set the TV up streaming the golf in English just for us..! The four of us then proceeded to watch the golf till its conclusion where a bottle of champagne was cracked open to celebrate... The two Italians were called Thomas and William, very Italian...!!!

We played another 7 holes after the golf had finished and before we lost the light...

The following day Thomas and I played again and had a great game, thanks Thomas for a truly memorable couple of days...
