I made it here and I will be here for 2 days. This place only has room for tonight so I gonna have to move tomorrow. This is the best place I have stayed in so far I love it so I hope they can fit me in tomorrow.
I have been checking around today and there is not much in Chetumal to see or do so I gonna be a couple of boring days but I might use the time to do some more research . Today I bought my ticket on the ferry for Sunday. There is customs on the jetty for an hour before it leaves so I can check out of Mexico. Then I have to go to Ambergris Caye to check into Belize then straight back onto the ferry to Caye Caulker. That is the Carribean island I will be stuck on for the next 3 days. This holiday just keeps getting better doesn't it?
I had to hang around for a while this morning and luckily they have a room for me so I had to change rooms but I don't mind the new one is as good as the old one. This place is one of the best places I have stayed in anywhere in the world. I'm glad I found it on the net.
After I moved I decided to go for a walk to see if I could find any sites or anything worth looking at. There is a path around the water, like most places have, so I decided to give it a go. I walked a few km then turned left to head back and came across a Walmart. I had to go in and check it out? Coles could learn a lot from Walmart! They have wide isles and the staff are friendly and helpful . I saw the shorts I have been looking at and thought if anywhere they had big size they would. I asked a girl in my broken Spanish for size tres ocho? She checked through them all but it seem tres ocho (38) is one size above "EG" EG is extra grande or XL so I gotta go to eeg and they don't have them. Muchas gracias.
Further toward home there was a local Mercado so I stepped in for a look. A bright young girl grabbed me and said papa look my shop? How could I refuse? It turns out she had my shorts in my size so I bought 2 pair.
This arvo I been watching the F1s and WWE on the TV just hanging around waiting for the ferry tomorrow.
I will be going to Caye Caulker tomorrow and I am not sure if I will get the net there so don't worry if you don't hear from me for a few days. I think I will get it, it is EVERYWHERE these days.
