The Air Mauritius flight landed in the middle of the night. A bus took us from the airport to Le Coco Beach Resort, together with guests in other resorts. The resort looked the most suitable among those offered by Air Mauritius packages, 6-night half-board customary with Indian Ocean packages. In the morning, was greeted by a great garden view, extending to the Indian Ocean. Took the first of many breakfast/brunch buffet at the colourful restaurant, theme consistent with decor of hotel. Girls registered at the exclusive Kids Club, which had its own pool, horse wagon rides and activities the whole day! The gardens of this hotel spreads out to 80 hectares including a 9-hole golf course with 1 km of beaches and coves. Did some snorkelling to check out the Mauritian sea life, then spotted the resident giant tortoises in the garden.
