Mauritius, Mauritius
Morning at the pool and beach (water is slightly warmer in the sea at 23 Celsius). Girls did get a bird's eye view of the resort from parasailing. Afternoon horseriding - yes resort has its own stables! - around the grounds of the resort. Buffet dinner everynight would include both Western and Indian, suiting everyone in the family. Girls would go for the Margherita pizza and myself the other dough - Indian roti with curry. After dinner, it was usually to the entertainment centre which had pool table and games machines, and live World Cup matches (many English fans in Maurice). Otherwise, strolling in the grounds in the 23 Celsius night breeze. Actually it is a perpetual breeze this time of the year, supposedly the "winter" or low season (Mauritius is 20 degrees south of equator. The wind makes the sea a bit too choppy during the day to enjoy boating or diving (so gave it a miss).
