Hey Hey and a Big G'Day Toya,

Who can ever say no to a good waterfall?
Especially when there are five of them to visit.

As I walked halfway to Longtan and back yesterday afternoon/evening I figured why not begin my Jinggang Shan adventure with a day visiting waterfalls with YangWen and ZhuKeMin who I met yesterday while eating a delicious Taiwan Wrap/Pancake.

MMMmmm flaky puff pastry, beacon, lettuce, egg, mayo and tomato sauce.
All rolled up into one of the most delicious snacks of all time!

Five Dragon Pools (Wulongtan) is about seven kilometers from Ciping Town, five cascading waterfalls and gorgeous views reward your long days adventure. The entire walk can take between four to six (or so I'm told) but as I can finally walk again I wanted to give my gammy leg a break so I decided to take the cable car back up which was a fantastic choice.
From Longtan we grabbed the bus bound for Shuikou.

Shuikou at this stage is not complete, but they don't tell you that and for now you can simply walk down to the bottom of the waterfall take your happy snaps and then you have to walk all the way back to the top....but that does in no way mean it is not beautiful and worthy of a few hours exercise. .

The future map looks like it will be another wonderful waterfall scenic area that will take an entire afternoon to complete where at the end you can actually walk all the way to the lake and take a boat then bus back to Ciping.
