Well, we had the idea of heading out to Chittorgarh, see the fort, stay the night, and head on out to Bundi the following day for a few days, to relax, see some stepwells,and explore more.
Off we go, 2 hrs bus ride there, only to arrive in a dusty, unattractive town,with revolting ,can barely-be-called- hotels, and a weird atmosphere .
We left our luggage at the most decent of them, got our tuk tuk driver to take us to the Fort, which was wonderful, and wandered around leisurely.
We are photographed everywhere we go, greeted by very pleasant people throughout the day.
The views from all the forts, so far, have been simply awesome.
We visited all the sights for 3 hours, and hotfooted out of that town, back to our luxurious hotel in Udaipur.
