We made it! I never thought I would say it, but the 8 hour flight was great. We flew business class, and were treated like rock stars. Unfortunately we will not be flying back in such luxury. The keyboards here are really messed up so i can´t put a sad face...or else i would.
After staying up all of Friday night and heading straight to the airport Saturday morning, I found that sleep was the best past time on our flight. I slept like a rock. The food was surprisingly good too. Really strange. I had a grilled filet of beef for the `main course´, and an insanely yummy ice cream sundae for dessert!
After we arrived in Amsterdam, drove to Haarlem and have been enjoying the beeeeeaUTIFUL weather and the fun architecture...and I would put a smiley face here if it were possible. Bikes are everywhere and the traffic signs are obnoxious. It´s a lazy Sunday just like I would guess it would be back home.
Murmur and I are so happy to finally be here. She claims to have overpacked, but I think she will have exactly what we need for the trip,Even if we have to bungy cord her `carry on´ to her rolly bag, which is always fun on cobble stone streets.
We will keep in touch as much as possible!

PS, if you try to ride a bicycle there, expect to get yelled at. They take it very seriously. Don't walk in the bike lines. ha. Glad you are having fun!
