Where do I start?

Hội An, Quang Nam Province, Vietnam
Start at he beginning I guess. Due to adverse publicity and some fake news I have ended my "relationship" with Lan. I won't go into the painful details it would take too long and, well, it's too painful. Needless to say Le and the family were scandalised by me lending Lan money and being the sort of person who takes the easy way out and probably the smartest way out I ended it. End of story.
Today I went to Da Nang hopital again as the lump on my elbow has blown up again. I've been taking antibiotics since before I left Oz on the 4th Feb and have continued taking them to the present, so probably 9-10 weeks. So another trip to the excellent Family hopital was called for, and I'm still impressed with the service there. I get an interpreter to accompany me, being a Premier patient and this time I had My Le as back up. I saw the surgeon who opened up my elbow the first time and while he was giving his thoughts to Le I heard the expression TB.
The treatment including the pills cost me 3.2 million or $182 Oz dollars.
I asked later and she said yes, he said it could be TB. They opened it up again and took samples so I will know in 3 days time. It does make sense to Dr Pitt as the antibiotics obviously didnt work, and now I have a swag of 4 new ones so hopefully they will go about their business and have an effect. Coming back in the car from Da Nang I was thinking about it and decided the only way I could be infected was from the woman doctor who first cut it open, I was about to espouse my theory when Le said, I think it was that woman doctor, I will never send anyone there again.
While we were waiting around at the hopital an old friend of Le's from An Khe arrived. He has been in the Da Nang cancer hopital having a tumour removed from his thyroid. You can see he is still patched up but has made a remarkable recovery from an op that happened a week ago. Le sent me pictures of him after the op, unconscious on the bed with the egg sized tumour lying on a bit of paper next to him. I am sparing your queasy stomachs from the sight.Thyroid cancer is a huge problem in An Khe- Pleiku area, probably because it was so heavily sprayed during the war by our mates.

It is a medical fact that areas that have a high incidence of thyroid cancer usually have no iodine in their salt. Always use iodised salt....boutique salts use in Oz. have definitely led to increases in thyroid cancer cases. Dr. Pitt Snr.
