He died doing what he loved

Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
After reading the story yesterday about the surfer who drowned at Kuta "Doing what he loved" it made me think. I read a book in my teenage years "Let no man write my Epitaph" and what will mine be?
This is what I would hope .. they find my body on the couch with an Xbox controller in my hand...ah but he died doing what he loved.

I pitch forward into a bowl of Pho or Cau Lau ...he died doing what he loved.
I strangle on a burger from the Galley Diner.. ah but he died doing what he loved.
Like Billy Snedden who died doing what he loved I hope I go the same way.

Just returned home from Naughty Nuri's, two martini's under my belt and alls right with the world. Pork spare ribs could solve the worlds problems if given half a chance.
Today I saw a monkey. It was sitting insolently on a car at Monkey Forest. I had no desire to get any closer even though the taxi driver said they are harmless, that's not what I have heard.

Had lunch at 3 Monkeys, beef Rendang, lovely but the Aussie beef was very tough. Parts of it were tender and the garnishing s were beautiful but 8 out of 10 because of the toughness.Such a lazy day, I bought postcards and decided it would be easier to hand them out when I get home.
Got a lecture from a taxi river about how the Hindu ceremony could make the world a better plac e. By the way do you know that Michael Klim is married into the royal family of Ubud? Their palace is in the main street.
Dinner out tonight with Cath, Angela and Sally. They are so entertaining.
Tomorrow I have requested Cath takes me shopping as alone I am a hopeless shopper. Cath bought me a Naughty Nui T-shirt tonight she is so kind to her ancient uncle.
