Glen Innes, New South Wales, Australia

We only wish to note this as a lunch-stop on our way east, and it is possibly the most lovely town we have been through for it's greenery, architecture and the ambience of the town.

The local Info people confirmed for us a great campsite in the Mann River Reserve, but with a very steep decent into it. We took a brochure and our destination for the day was set!

Another interest was a Stonehenge type rock circle the locals have built up on the hill. We waited for a while there but no-one danced naked around the circle so we are slightly bewildered by it's significance....need to Google this as well.

Once more, the photos do the talking!

PS: a coffee shop in the main street does the best Macchiato Coffee and Macchiato Cake....so says RR
