Pokhura, Nepal
well i have now been in Nepal since Friday after the harrowing and mind-numbing
train ride from Agra (where the Taj Mahal is) to Ghorupkur, the gateway to the
India/Nepal border . They should change the phrase "black hole of Calcutta to
Gorupkur. i won't go into anymore detail as i'm rushing to type this email.

well been in the town of Pokhura for 4 days now. its like a small village of
sorts. one main road in the tourist part of the town, lined with camping shops
and cafes'. an amazing vibe. and so many Israelis!!! the signs here are even in
Hebrew! madness.

anyway, gone on a few day walks, went to a Tibetan village today. the weather
has been fantastic. about 26 - 30 degrees everyday and the nights slightly
cool. am off trekking tomorrow for 2.5 weeks so....

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MAIL UNTIL END OF NOVEMBER
