After a couple of busy days, today was a mix of the usual sea day activities and recovery.

Over the course of the day, the ship sailed across the Ionian Sea towards the Strait of Otranto. The strait connects to the Adriatic Sea and separates Italy from Albania.

Zumba was held earlier than usual to allow the ships culinary demonstration and as this had thrown out our morning ritual, we arrived at the class early enough to see the end of the Tai Chi session. There was choir and ukulele practice.

In the evening it was time get a little bit dressed up as we were invited to the Captain's party out on the pool deck. There wasn’t much space with several hundred passengers attending. Nibbles were served and the drinks were plentiful. As we were attending before our dinner seating time, I think several passengers in the dining room had a slight buzz.
